Call me an old softie but we made a creche like enclosure in the living room this afternoon as I dont like the puppies being in the utility room. This way, they can be with us during the day and sleep in the utility room at night.
Its incredible to think that in 4 weeks time they will be settled in their new homes, so we must enjoy them while we can.
They have started playing with their toys, tug of war being their favourite pastime and biting each others ears until they get a response ie a loud scream of pain.
They still sleep a lot which is a blessing as they are like tornados when they are awake and I do know that the last 3 weeks are the hardest in terms of hard work, this is the lull before the storm.
